I’ve been anxiously awaiting this and it’s here! Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper pair up in the love story that has been told many times. It’s Cooper’s directorial debut. Critics and audiences alike are satisfied staing that it’s still effective even if it’s been done before.

Marvel gives the anti-hero Venom a stand-alone movie where Tom Hardy plays an investigative journalist turning alien. I thought Marvel can’t go wrong, right? Critics really bashed it stating it’s too all over the place and doesn’t feature it’s attachment to Spider-Man enough. Audiences though are somewhat pleased. Might still be worth a watch.
